Fees & Payment Policy
The written fee structure and payment schedule for the CGP programme, including the no-hidden-charges commitment.
The commitment in one sentence: you receive the exact fee amounts and the payment schedule in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing is added later.
01The three fees
“How much will this cost me, and are there any hidden charges?” is the first question almost every family asks. Here is the structure in full.

| Registration | Enrolment as a CGP student, assessment and counselling. |
| German language course | Structured German training towards the required level. |
| CGP service fee | Applications, documents, interview coordination, visa guidance, pre-departure and arrival support. |
02Payment schedule
The payment schedule is agreed in writing before you commit to the pathway. Exact amounts and the schedule are confirmed directly with you on enquiry - and are published on the CGP website as they are finalised.
03No hidden charges
- The three fees above are the complete set. There are no hidden charges at any stage.
- If a genuine cost arises for your specific case - for example an official fee charged by an authority, or a recognised translation - it will be explained and confirmed with you in advance, never added silently.
- Nothing is charged that you were not told about in writing first.
04Before you pay anything
- Ask for the written fee structure and payment schedule.
- Confirm exactly which services your payment covers.
- Keep the written confirmation - it is the record of your agreement.
- Ask any question, however basic. CGP would rather you asked.
Ethical recruitment: CGP is built on transparency, ethical recruitment and student welfare first. If anything about fees is unclear at any stage, raising it is always welcome and always free.
